This paper aims to analyze the problems existing in cash flow management of group enterprises and put forward correspond-ing countermeasures.Combined with the actual situation of enterprise cash flow management,the importance and influencing factors of cash flow management are introduced,and corresponding solutions are proposed for the challenges faced by group enterprises in cash flow management.The study of cash flow management of group enterprises is helpful to call on group enterprises to pay attention to improvement and innovation in cash flow management,maintain the healthy development of enterprises,and promote the improvement of economic and social benefits of group enterprises in the new stage of China's economic construction.
