介绍了食用油中黄曲霉毒素概况,总结了近年来食用油中黄曲霉毒素检测的样品前处理方法研究进展,旨在为研究快速高效的食用油中黄曲霉毒素检测的样品前处理技术提供参考。
A general description of aflatoxin in edible oil was introduced,and the research progress of sample pretreatment methods for the detection of aflatoxin in edible oil in recent years was summarized,aiming to provide reference for developing rapid and efficient sample pretreatment technology for the detection of aflatoxin in edible oil.
