摘要
研究了涂覆氧化石墨烯-硅烷复合乳液和硅烷乳液对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并通过分子动力学模拟构建了氯离子在C-S-H凝胶孔道中的传输模型,分析了复合乳液的作用机理。结果表明:涂覆复合乳液与硅烷乳液均能有效提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,其中,复合乳液的效果更好;乳液中的分子与C-S-H界面通过静电力、分子间相互作用力、成键等方式互相结合,改变了C-S-H界面性能,减缓了水分子进入孔道中的速度,也降低了氯离子的渗透速度;乳液分子在孔道中通过吸附作用吸附周围的分子,形成较大体积的团簇体,阻塞了孔道,抑制了孔道中氯离子与水分子的传输,从而提高了混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能。
The coating effect of graphene oxide-silane composite lotion and silane lotion on the chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete was studied.The transport model of chloride ions in C-S-H gel channels was constructed by molecular dynamics simulation.The results show that coating composite lotion and silane lotion can effectively improve the chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete,and composite lotion has better effect.The molecules in the lotion and the C-S-H interface combine with each other through electrostatic force,intermolecular interaction force,bonding,etc.,which changes the performance of the C-S-H interface,slows down the speed of water molecules entering the pores,and also reduces the penetration speed of chloride ions.The lotion molecules adsorb the surrounding molecules through adsorption in the pores,forming large clusters,blocking the pores,inhibiting the transmission of chloride ions and water molecules in the pores,thus improving the chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete.
