四工作辊轧机轧制304不锈钢板件截面塑性变形分析

摘要 针对四工作辊轧机轧制304不锈钢板件存在变形量大、尺寸不稳定的问题,利用Solidworks软件建立四工作辊轧制系统有限元模型,采用Deform软件对304不锈钢板件在不同轧辊直径、轧辊转速和轧辊压下量下进行轧制仿真,分析其对轧件截面高度和等效应力分布的影响,根据轧制仿真分析结果设计制造了四工作辊轧机,并对不同压下量下仿真和生产的轧件截面高度进行对比分析。结果表明,轧件截面塑性变形可分为相互作用Ⅰ区、过渡Ⅱ区和变形Ⅲ区,等效应力、等效应变和截面高度在Ⅰ区最大,在Ⅲ区最小且变化平稳,Ⅱ区值位于两者之间并呈U型分布。 Aiming at the problems of large deformation amount and unstable size of 304 stainless steel plate rolled by four-working high mill,the finite element model of four-working roll rolling system was established by Solidworks software,and the rolling simulation of 304 stainless steel plate was carried out with different roll diameters,roll rotation velocities and roll reductions by Deform software.The effects of roll diameter,roll rotation velocity and roll reduction on the section height and equivalent stress distribution of rolled piece were analyzed.According to the analysis results of rolling simulation,a four-working high mill was designed and manufactured.The section height of rolled piece were compared and analyzed between simulation and production under different reductions.The results show that the plastic deformation of the rolled piece section is mainly divided into interation zone Ⅰ,transition zone Ⅱ and deformation zone Ⅲ.The equivalent stress,equivalent strain and section height are the largest in zone I,the smallest and change steadily in zone Ⅲ,and the value of zone Ⅱ is located between zone Ⅰ and zone Ⅲ and presents a U-shaped distribution.
