摘要
电网的运行状态受到诸多因素的影响,导致其出现故障多发、稳定性不足等问题。文章从电网安全防护的角度出发,建立了安全态势感知系统,其主要组成部分包括态势要素提取、态势理解和态势预测3大模块。通过理论分析和数学建模,阐述了系统在电网安全防护中的应用方法,得到以下结论:在态势要素提取环节可构建电网安全评价指标体系;态势理解环节可计算出电网安全态势综合评价值,并实现风险分级;在态势预测阶段,可根据预测值制订预防性的管理措施。
The running state of power network is affected by many factors,which leads to problems such as multiple failures and insufficient stability.In the research process,the security situation awareness system is established from the perspective of power grid security protection,which mainly consists of three modules:situation element extraction,situation understanding and situation prediction.Through theoretical analysis and mathematical modeling,the application method of the system in power grid security protection is described,and the following conclusions are obtained.The power grid security evaluation index system can be constructed in the process of situation element extraction.Situation understanding can calculate the comprehensive assessment value of power network security situation and realize the risk classification.In the stage of situation prediction,preventive management measures can be formulated according to the predicted values.
