摘要
为降低锅炉NO_(x)排放,解决燃烧不稳、低负荷稳燃范围小、锅炉掉焦灭火等问题,文章通过采用清华大学新型PRP燃烧技术对某电厂270t/h锅炉进行燃烧器改造,提高了锅炉安全稳定性及燃烧效率,实现了安全生产与节能双丰收。
In order to reduce NO_(x) emissions from boilers,solve problems such as unstable combustion,small stable combustion range at low load,and boiler coking and fire extinguishing,this article uses the new PRP combustion technology from Tsinghua University to retrofit the burner of a 270 t/h boiler in a power plant.This improves the safety,stability,and combustion efficiency of the boiler,achieving a dual harvest of safety production and energy conservation.
