摘要
工厂用电质量不仅对于生产过程的稳定性和设备的使用寿命具有重要影响,而且其对于电网侧也有着重要影响,因此监测和提升用电质量是工厂管理的关键任务。文章结合智能技术,通过数据采集、分析和优化策略的引入,提出了一种有效的方法来监测和提升工厂用电质量。结果表明,该方法可以有效提高用电质量,提升设备的使用寿命,降低生产成本。
The quality of power consumption in factories not only has a significant impact on the stability of the production process and the lifespan of equipment,but also has a significant impact on the power grid side.Therefore,monitoring and improving power quality is a key task in factory management.This study combines intelligent technology and introduces data collection,analysis,and optimization strategies to propose an effective method for monitoring and improving the power quality of factories.The results indicate that this method can effectively improve the quality of electricity consumption,prolong the service life of equipment,and reduce production costs.
