基于灰色预测算法的高危企业用电异常生产行为研究

摘要 高危企业的安全生产问题一直是比较受关注的问题,文章从高危企业用电异常生产行为出发,通过构建企业用电异常生产告警模型,并通过灰色预测算法对企业电量进行预测,结合企业用电异常生产告警模型,研判企业未来用电趋势,预测企业未来是否存在用电异常生产行为,辅助政府相关部门提前执法确认。通过算例试验分析,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。 The safety production issue of high-risk enterprises has always been a concern.Starting from the abnormal production behavior of high-risk enterprises,this article constructs an abnormal production alarm model for enterprise electricity consumption,and predicts the enterprise’s electricity consumption through grey prediction algorithm.Combined with the abnormal production alarm model for enterprise electricity consumption,it analyzes the future electricity consumption trend of enterprises and predicts whether there will be abnormal production behavior in the future,Assist relevant government departments in advance law enforcement confirmation.The feasibility and effectiveness were verified through experimental analysis of numerical examples.
