电力市场中发电企业报价策略研究

摘要 2015年我国启动了新一轮电力体制改革,其核心是推进电力市场化,提高电力行业竞争活力。在此背景下,如何运用报价策略,提高企业经济效益,实现企业利润最大化,成为每个发电企业必须面对的重要课题。基于博弈论中非合作博弈论思想,构建了发电企业的报价策略模型,并对新策略的可行性和报价优势进行算例分析和比较,算例结果表明,新方法在提高发电企业利润和规避风险方面,明显优于传统报价策略,验证了策略的有效性。此方法提高了报价策略的适用度,进一步缩小了报价结果与实际市场出清价之间的差距,为发电企业获得更多收益奠定了基础。 In 2015,China launched a new round of power system reform,the core of which is to promote the marketization of power and improve the competitive vitality of the power industry.In this context,how to use the quotation strategy,improve the economic benefits of enterprises,and maximize the enterprise profits,has become an important issue that every power generation enterprise must face.First based on the game theory of china-africa cooperation game theory,build the power generation enterprise quotation strategy model,and the feasibility of the new strategy and quotation advantage analysis and comparison,the results show that the new method in improving enterprise profits and the risk aversion,significantly superior to the traditional quotation strategy,verify the effectiveness of the strategy.This method improves the applicability of the quotation strategy,further reduces the gap between the quotation results and the actual market clearing price,and lays the method foundation for enterprises to obtain more benefits.
