摘要
全球70%以上的锂矿以盐湖形式存在,对盐湖提锂技术进行全面系统梳理至关重要。以基金项目(探索研究)、会议论文(前沿研究)、科学论文(基础研究)、专利文献(应用研发)等公开文献数据为基础,基于创新价值链不同环节的表征物及其相互之间的知识关联关系开展了盐湖提锂重点领域全球发展态势分析,通过多源数据的融合与关联挖掘,描摹驱动技术进步的科学知识演变过程,跟踪前沿技术萌芽、发展、突变的演化轨迹,研判盐湖提锂未来产业与技术重点发展方向。分析结果表明,盐湖资源提取技术主要集中在吸附法、膜分离法、萃取法等技术方向上,另外沉淀法、电化学法、渗析法、结晶法、离子交换法也有一定的研发布局;此外,技术融合及各种技术工艺路线组合应用特征明显。
More than 70%of the global lithium ores exist in the“salt lake”type,so it is important to comprehensively review the lithium extraction technology from salt lake.The article analyzes the global development trend of lithium extraction from salt lake based on the multi⁃source literature such as fund projects(exploratory research),conference papers(frontier research),scientific papers(basic research),and patent literature(applied R&D),and the knowledge correlation based on the representations of different links of the innovation value chain.Through the fusion and correlation digging on multi⁃source literature,the evolution process of scientific knowledge that drives technological progress is described,the evolutionary trajectory of cutting⁃edge technology's emergence,development,and mutation is tracked,and the future development direction of the key industries and technologies for lithium extraction from salt lake is evaluated.Analysis results show that the salt lake resources extraction technologies mainly concentrate in the technical directions such as adsorption,membrane separation,extraction,etc.In addition,certain R&D layout focuses on precipitation,electrochemical,dialysis,crystallization,and ion exchange methods.In addition,the technology integration and various technical process combination are obvious characteristics.
