摘要
针对脑卒中、神经损伤等患者的运动障碍,减重步行康复训练是一种重要的康复方式,相应训练装置的研究对于减轻治疗师劳动强度、提高疗效起到了重要作用。康复训练装置按照结构类型划分为悬吊式减重训练装置、气囊式减重训练装置、骨盆式减重训练装置等。阐述了减重步行康复训练装置的发展历程,分析不同类型减重步行康复训练装置的特点与不足之处并提出相应发展方向。为减重步行康复训练装置能够满足不同患者的训练需求提供参考。
For the movement disorders of patients with stroke and nerve injury,weight loss walking rehabilitation training is an important way of rehabilitation,and the research of corresponding training devices plays an important role in reducing the therapist s labor intensity and improving the therapeutic effect.The rehabilitation training devices are divided into suspension weight loss training devices,air bag weight loss training devices,pelvic weight loss training devices and so on.The development of weight loss walking rehabilitation training device is expounded,the characteristics and shortcomings of different types of weight loss walking rehabilitation training device are analyzed,and the corresponding development direction is put forward.It provides references for the weight loss walking rehabilitation training device to meet the training needs of different patients.
