摘要
针对传统外检测方法难以在某些特殊管段进行阴极保护电流检测的难题,通过管道内检测法实现管道电流参数的采集,消除了管道阴极保护电流检测盲区。给出了管道阴极保护电流硬件系统设计方案,包括电流放大电路设计、信号转换电路设计、电源方案设计。进行了管道阴极保护电流硬件系统实验测试,获得了阴极保护电流—电压标定曲线。测试结果表明,硬件系统可满足设计要求,为后续管道阴极保护内检测现场应用提供了硬件支持和理论依据。
For the traditional external detection method is difficult to carry out the Yin-Protected current detection in some special pipe sections,the method of pipeline current parameter acquisition through the in-pipe detection method is proposed to eliminate the blind area of pipeline Yin-Protected current detection.The design of the hardware system of the pipeline Yin-preservation current is given,including the design of the current amplifier circuit,the signal conversion circuit and the power supply scheme.The experimental test of pipeline cathodic protection current hardware system was carried out,and the cathodic protection current-voltage calibration curve was obtained.The test results show that the hardware system meets the design requirements,which provides hardware support and theoretical basis for the subsequent field application of pipeline cathodic protection internal detection.
