Pipeline Construction and Protection Scheme Design of Urban Sewage Distribution Project

城市污水调配工程是城市建设中的关键环节,需要对其管线进行有效保护。以江南新城污水调配工程—二标段为研究对象,根据施工过程中存在的风险问题,设计了调配工程管线施工及其保护方案。采用泥水平衡顶管机掘进技术进行城市污水调配工程管线施工,并计算护壁后背墙的承载能力。实验结果表明:该方案的最低安全系数是1.78,且管线最大倾斜率为0.186%,明显高于管线安全系数的控制标准,应用该方案竣工后的管线,使用时间越长,管线累积沉降量最大,为6.9 mm左右,说明在设计城市污水调配工程管线施工及其保护方案时,适当增加管线埋深,可降低管线应变与位移,缓解管线变形情况,提升管线使用安全性;当管线位置土地泊松比较小时,需加固处理地基与管线,避免损害管线。

The urban sewage allocation project is a key link in urban construction,and it is necessary to effectively protect its pipelines.Taking the second section of the Jiangnan New City sewage allocation project as the research object,based on the risk issues during the construction process,design the pipeline construction and protection plan for the allocation project.Using mud water balance pipe jacking machine excavation technology for pipeline construction of urban sewage distribution engineering,and calculating the bearing capacity of the back wall of the protective wall.The experimental results show that the lowest Factor of safety of this scheme is 1.78,and the maximum inclination rate of the pipeline is 0.186%,which is significantly higher than the control standard of the Factor of safety of the pipeline.The longer the service time of the pipeline after the completion of this scheme is,the maximum cumulative settlement of the pipeline is about 6.9 mm,which indicates that the buried depth of the pipeline should be properly increased when designing the construction and protection scheme of the urban sewage allocation project pipeline,It can reduce pipeline strain and displacement,alleviate pipeline deformation,and improve the safety of pipeline use;When the poisson ratio of the land at the pipeline location is small,the foundation and pipeline shall be strengthened to avoid damage to the pipeline.
