摘要
通过引入先进的设备管理理念及监测技术,利用互联网搭建一套设备管理信息化平台,对化工生产中的核心设备及备件进行全生命周期精细化管理;利用大量的设备运行及故障数据进行对比、分析,准确判断出设备劣化的趋势曲线、精准定位设备故障部位、分析故障原因,做好大型机械设备的预防性维护与维修,将设备事故消灭于萌芽状态,确保化工生产系统的安全、稳定、高效运行。
In this paper,by introducing advanced equipment management concept and monitoring technology,a set of equipment management information platform is built using internet,to standardize,systematize,informationize and refine the life cycle of equipment and spare parts in chemical production,based on massive operation of equipment,failure data analysis and model comparison,accurately judge the tendency of equipment deterioration,accurately locate the fault location,analyze the root cause of the fault,carry out the preventive maintenance and repair of large-scale mechanical equipment,eliminate the equipment accident in the embryonic state,ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of chemical production system.
