中国基本经济制度的演变逻辑与实践特征

The Evolutionary Logic and Practical Characteristics of China's Basic Economic System

基本经济制度是把握中国经济发展内在规律的一条“主线”。本文在对现有文献评述的基础上,以马克思主义政治经济学的生产力-生产关系矛盾运动理论为基础,通过融合其他理论资源构建了一个理解基本经济制度问题的分析框架,该框架刻画了中国基本经济制度的演变逻辑,即基本经济制度演变体现了生产力-生产关系的“互动”、根本制度和具体经济制度的“链接”、制度一般性质和中国国情特征的“结合”。依据对演变逻辑的阐述,本文探究了我国基本经济制度运行呈现的实践特征:动态演变、社会嵌入、结构关联、分层协同。从基本经济制度的理论和实践分析出发,新时代我国应以基本经济制度为基础来构建经济学自主知识体系,应以坚持和完善基本经济制度为主轴来推进现代化事业。

The basic economic system is a“main line”for grasping the internal laws of China's economic development.Based on the review of the existing literature,this paper constructs an analytical framework for understanding the issue of the basic economic system by integrating other theoretical resources on the basis of the contradictory and motive laws between productivity and relations of production in Marxist political economy,which portrays the logic of the evolution of China's basic economic system.That is,the evolution of the basic economic system reflects the“interaction”between productivity and production relations,the“link”between the basic system and the specific economic system,and the“combination”between the general nature of the system and the characteristics of China's national situation.Based on the elaboration of the logic of evolution,this paper explores the practical characteristics of the operation of China's basic economic system:dynamic evolution,social embeddedness,structural association,and hierarchical synergy.From the theoretical and practical analysis of the basic economic system,China should construct an autonomous knowledge system of economics on the basis of the basic economic system,and adhere to and improve the basic economic system as the main axis to promote modernization in the new era.
