Study on the Compatibility of Reactive Dyes

测试了日本化药与韩国京仁8支活性染料的SERF值,探究了染色工艺对染料固色率和K/S值的影响,并分析了两组染料的配伍性。结果表明,日本化药四支活性染料的直接性接近、反应性相差较大,韩国京仁四支活性染料的直接性相差较大、反应性接近;两组染料对染色温度、碱用量表现出高宽容度;随着浴比的升高,8支染料的固色率均呈现下降的趋势,但日本化药四支染料固色率的下降趋势与幅度较为接近。

The SERF values of 8 reactive dyes from Nippon Kayaku Co.,Let.and Kyung-In Synthetic Company were tested,and the influence of dyeing process on dye fixation rate and K/S value was explored.The compatibilities of the two groups of dyes was analyzed.The results showed that the four dyes of Nippon Kayaku Co.,Let.had similar substantivity and different reactivity,while the four of Kyung-In Synthetic Company had different substantivity and similar reactivity.Two groups of dyes showed high tolerance to dyeing temperature and alkali dosage;As the bath ratio increases,the fixation rates of all 8 dyes showed a decreasing trend,but the decreasing trend and range of the fixation rates of the four dyes from Nippon Kayaku Co.,Let.were relatively similar.Download(CAJ format)Download(PDF format)
