摘要
在以2,6-二氯-4-甲基-3-氰基吡啶和苯胺为起始原料,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作溶剂的缩合反应体系中,探究了不同苯胺初始质量分数对反应的影响规律。结果显示,苯胺初始质量分数在30%~100%范围时,该反应可看作与二氯烟腈转化率(1-α)有关的一级反应,随着DMF含量增加,苯胺初始质量分数降低,反应速率提高,产物收率和纯度提高。
The effect of different initial mass fractions of aniline on the reaction was investigated by a condensation reaction of 3-cyano-2,6-dichloro-4-methylpyridine and aniline with solvent DMF.The results showed that when the initial mass fraction of aniline was in the range of 30%~100%,the reaction could be regarded as a first-order reaction related to the conversion rate of 3-cyano-2,6-dichloro-4-methylpyridine(1-α).As the DMF content increased and the initial mass fraction of aniline decreased,the reaction rate increased,the yield and purity of product increased.
