摘要
对以4-硝基苯甲酸为原料,合成4-硝基苯甲酸甲酯的生产路线进行了工艺优化。考察了催化剂、溶剂、温度、母液套用次数对反应的影响。优化的工艺条件为:发烟硫酸为催化剂,碳酸二甲酯为溶剂,回流温度反应10 h,母液套用5次,在此条件下,收率可达到94.7%。
The production route for synthesizing 4-nitrobenzoic acid methyl ester from 4-nitrobenzoic acid was optimized.The effects of catalyst, solvent, temperature and recycling times of mother liquor on the reaction were investigated.The optimum conditions as follows: oleum as catalyst, dimethyl carbonate as solvent, reacted at reflux temperature for 10 h, and mother liquor recycled 5 times.Under these conditions, the yield could reach up to 94.7%.
