数字普惠金融对乡村振兴的影响——以江苏省各县及县级市为例

The Impact of Digital Financial Inclusion on Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of Counties and County-level Cities in Jiangsu Province

数字普惠金融以其低成本、便捷的形式让更多群体享受到优质的金融服务,对县域乡村振兴起到了积极的推动作用。以江苏省各县及县级市为例,构建乡村振兴发展水平评价指标体系,用熵值法测度得到40个县及县级市2014—2020年乡村振兴指数,并采用OLS模型和门槛效应模型加以验证。结果表明:(1)江苏省各县及县级市数字普惠金融发展水平与乡村振兴及其5个维度之间显著正相关;(2)两者之间存在单一门槛特征。结论是:各地区可通过加强数字化基建、完善金融征信体系、提高金融知识普及率等措施来发展数字普惠金融,这些举措将有效促进乡村振兴的实现。

Digital financial inclusion allows more groups to enjoy high-quality financial services in a low-cost and convenient way,and has played a positive role in promoting the revitalization of rural areas in counties.Taking counties and county-level cities in Jiangsu Province as an example,the evaluation index system of rural revitalization development level was constructed,and the 2014—2020 rural revitalization index of 40 counties and county-level cities was measured by entropy method,and verified by OLS model and threshold effect model.The results show that:(1)there is a significant positive correlation between the development level of digital financial inclusion in counties and county-level cities in Jiangsu Province and rural revitalization and its five dimensions;(2)there is a single threshold feature between them.Therefore,all regions can develop digital financial inclusion by strengthening digital infrastructure,improving financial credit system,and improving the penetration rate of financial knowledge so as to promote the realization of rural revitalization.
