全球远程医疗发展障碍与热点分析

Analysis and reference of the problems in global telemedicine development

目的:通过对全球远程医疗障碍的研究热点进行分析和总结,为促进我国远程医疗发展提供国际镜鉴。方法:从Web of Science数据库核心合集中提取2013年1月1日至2023年2月27日收录在SCI-EXPANDED中的相关文献,经筛选后共纳入818篇文献,应用文献计量工具VOSviewer1.6.19对筛选的数据进行可视化分析,利用关键词共现、聚类和高共被引文献分析其研究热点。结果:研究结果显示近年来对远程医疗障碍的研究呈上升趋势,研究热点主要集中在数据安全性的保障、法律和监管制度的缺失、患者体验不佳、医疗成本较高和政策不完善、数字鸿沟等5个方面。结论:推动我国远程医疗的健康发展,应当从加强政策支持和降低远程医疗成本,调动医务人员积极性,提高远程医疗服务质量,健全远程医疗法律法规制度,加强远程医疗数据保护工作,缩小“数字鸿沟”6个方面着手。

Objective To analyze and summarize the global research hotspots of telemedicine barriers,and to provide a reference in the world for promoting the development of telemedicine in China.Methods The relevant literatures included in SCI-EXPANDED from the core collection of the Web of Science database from January 1,2013 to February 27,2023 were extracted,and a total of 818 literatures were included after screening.The bibliographic tool VOSviewer 1.6.19 was used for visual analysis of the screened data.The research hotspots were analyzed by using keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and high co-citation.Results The results show that the research on telemedicine barriers has been on the rise in recent years,and the research hotspots mainly focus on five aspects:the guarantee of data security,the lack of legal and regulatory systems,the poor patient experience,the high medical cost and imperfect policies,and the"Digital Divide".Conclusion To promote the healthy development of telemedicine in China,we should strengthen policy support and reduce the cost of telemedicine,enhance the enthusiasm of medical staff,improve the quality of telemedicine services,optimize laws and regulations of telemedicine,strengthen the protection of telemedicine data,and narrow the"Digital Divide".
