Design and application of a whole-process guidance system for medical checkup

目的:优化体检流程,避免体检高峰期出现秩序混乱、人员拥挤的现象,营造有序、公平、愉悦的体检环境。方法:梳理体检流程,设计和应用体检智能导检系统,为客户自动规划体检路径,引导客户有序完成体检。结果:完成了体检导检系统的建设,体检客户根据系统规划的导检路径有序体检。结论:体检导检系统的应用减少了排队等候时间,降低了体检弃检率,释放了导检人员压力,进一步提升了体检客户满意度。

Objective To optimize the medical checkup process,avoid chaotic and crowded medical checkup during the peak period,and create an orderly,fair and pleasant medical checkup environment.Methods The medical checkup process was sorted out and a medical checkup intelligent guidance system was designed and applied,which can automatically plan the path of medical checkup customers,and guide them to complete the medical checkup in an orderly manner.Results The construction of the medical checkup guidance system was completed,and the medical checkup clients are guided to complete the medical checkup in an orderly manner according to the path planned by the system.Conclusion The application of the medical checkup guidance system can reduce the queuing time,lower the abandon rate of medical checkup,release the pressure of the guidance personnel,and further improve the satisfaction of medical checkup clients.
