主要基于目前岱山县安全生产和应急管理监管履责现状,探讨利用数字化技术和手段对监管履责过程的各类要素和流程进行重塑,构建既考核结果又考核过程的机制,形成责任落实到位、过程细节清楚和总体评价科学的履责考核机制。

Based on the current situation of Daishan County's safety production and emergency management supervision and responsibility,it explores the use of digital technology and means to reshape all kinds of elements and processes in the process of supervision and responsibility,builds a mechanism that assesses both results and process,and forms a mechanism for assessment of responsibility that puts the responsibility in place,makes the details of the process clear,and makes a scientific evaluation of the overall performance of the responsibility.
