Under the background of the development of the new situation,the development trend of regional economic integration has brought great challenges to the development of enterprises,and the competition between enterprises has become more and more fierce,especially the heavyduty truck enterprises are facing huge inventory cost pressure.Supply chain management is an important means for enterprises to reduce costs and enhance their core competitiveness,and inventory management is the core content of supply chain management,which needs to be paid attention to by enterprises.This paper discusses the inventory cost control strategy of heavy-duty truck enterprises from the perspective of supply chain,analyzes the inventory cost control problems of enterprises in detail,and gives reasonable suggestions for improvement,hoping to help enterprises achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
