产教融合背景下汽车服务工程专业劳动教育新模式探索研究

Exploration and Research on the New Mode of Labor Education in Automotive Service Engineering under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

在新时代产教融合背景下,推进应用型工科高校劳动教育与专业课程深度融合建设,是提升我国应用型本科高校专业建设质量的重要改革措施,是落实国家五育并举的全方位建设方针,对全方位提升大学生综合素质具有深刻意义。本文以江苏理工学院汽车服务工程专业为载体,以新世界新能源汽车产业发展需求为导向,结合专业自身优势以及特点,阐述现阶段汽车专业劳动教育融合发展的诸多问题,探索产教融合背景下汽车服务工程专业课程与劳动教育深度融合的教学新模式,以期扎实推进新时代高校劳动教育的实践发展,推进五育并举的深层次发展,为国家经济建设培养更多高素质人才。

Under the background of the integration of industry and education in the new era,promoting the deep integration of labor education and professional courses in application-oriented engineering colleges and universities is an important reform measure to improve the quality of the professional construction of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities in China.Based on the automotive service engineering major of Jiangsu Institute of Technology,guided by the development needs of the new world new energy vehicle industry,and combined with the advantages and characteristics of the major,this paper expounds many problems in the integration and development of labor education in the automotive profession at this stage,and explores the new teaching mode of deep integration of automotive service engineering courses and labor education in the context of the integration of industry and education,in order to solidly promote the practical development of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era,promote the in-depth development of the simultaneous development of five educations,and cultivate more high-quality talents for the national economic construction.
