摘要
在现代学徒制学徒培养过程中,落实“岗课赛证”融通时,发现传统的单一的以笔试为主的终结性考试考核形式已经严重背离了人才培养目标,制约了高技能人才培养。因此,必须对学生学业质量评价进行改革,实施以能力为本位的技能评价机制。对接工业机器人专业岗位,校企共同制定考核标准,采用“两变两全三维度”的举措进行评价改革,即转变“用笔答卷”为“动手操作”将传统笔试转变为实操考核,制定详细的评分细则,从被动到自觉学习;学徒制为双元培养,转变传统的单一评价主体教师为“教师+企业导师”;实施全过程全周期的的动态的过程性评价;学生的学业质量评价从实操技能过程性考核、大赛成绩转换、1+X证书三个维度评价。通过评价改革,大大提高了学生学习兴趣和职业能力,实现学生-学徒,学习-就业的顺利过渡。评价改革模式在我校汽车检测与维修技术(商用车方向)专业应用并推广至省内外院校。
In the process of modern apprenticeship apprenticeship training,when the integration of“post course certificate”is implemented,it is found that the traditional single final examination assessment form based on written examination has seriously deviated from the goal of talent training and restricted the training of high-skilled talents.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the evaluation of students'academic quality and implement a competency-based skill evaluation mechanism.Docking industrial robot professional positions,schools and enterprises jointly formulate assessment standards,and adopt the measures of“two changes,two fulls and three dimensions”to carry out evaluation reform,that is,to change the“pen answer sheet”to“hands-on operation”,transform the traditional written test into practical assessment,formulate detailed scoring rules,from passive to conscious learning;apprenticeship system for dual training,change the traditional single evaluation subject teacher to“teacher+enterprise tutor”;implement the whole process and full cycle of dynamic process evaluation;student academic quality evaluation from the process assessment of practical skills,Three-dimensional evaluation of competition score conversion and 1+X certificate.Through the evaluation reform,students'interest in learning and vocational ability have been greatly improved,and the smooth transition between student-apprentice and study-employment has been realized.The evaluation reform model has been applied in the major of automobile inspection and maintenance technology(commercial vehicle)of our university and promoted to colleges and universities inside and outside the province.
