摘要
为了解目前排名靠前的聚合平台提供的网约车分服务是否符合消费者预期,本文对7个目前排名靠前的聚合平台进行服务评价研究。研究发现,拥有地图资源(百度、高德、腾讯)、客户资源(腾讯)的平台,越能吸引优质的中小平台网约车平台加入。
To understand whether the ride-hailing sub-services provided by the current top aggregation platforms meet consumer expectations,this paper conducts a service evaluation study on seven currently ranked aggregation platforms.The study found that platforms with map resources(Baidu,AutoNavi and Tencent)and customer resources(Tencent)can attract high-quality small and medium-sized platforms to join the ride-hailing platform.
