随着我国经济的飞速发展,汽车已经成为了人们最为普遍的交通工具。汽车底盘是汽车的重要部位,在行驶过程中,底盘出现异响,这表明汽车存在了某种故障了,存在安全隐患,要及时进行排查,否则会危及行车安全。本文从汽车底盘的传动系统、转向系统、悬架系统以及制动系统四个方面进行分析研究,探讨汽车底盘常见的故障及维修方法,通过分析判断车辆不能正常工作的原因,及时找出应对的措施,将故障排除,使车辆恢复到一定的性能和达到行车安全的标准。

With the rapid development of China's economy,automobiles have become the most common means of transportation.The chassis of the car is an important part of the car,in the process of driving,the chassis has an abnormal sound,which indicates that the car has some kind of fault.There are potential safety hazards,and it is necessary to investigate in time.Otherwise it will endanger the safety of driving.This paper analyzes and studies the transmission system,steering system,suspension system and braking system of the automobile chassis,discusses the common faults and maintenance methods of the automobile chassis,analyzes,and judges the reasons why the vehicle cannot work normally,finds out the countermeasures in time,and troubleshoots the vehicle to restore the vehicle to a certain performance and meet the standard of driving safety.
