In order to improve the quality pass rate and reduce the market warranty rate of new models after production,G Company adopts a proactive approach to conduct quality verifi cation for new models.The verifi cation team starts from the diff erences,extracts the quality risk points,sets up the quality verifi cation plan and implements the verifi cation according to the plan during the trial production of new models,evaluates the quality level of the trial production vehicles and timely promotes countermeasures,and fi nally determines the standardization measures.Through the implementation of verifi cation,the potential quality defects were discovered and solved promptly,and a quality control system for high-quality production of new models was established.
