技师学院“工学一体化”人才培养路径研究

Research on the Talent Training Path of "Integration of Engineering and Learning" in Technician Colleges

在产业转型升级的背景下,高素质技能人才培养亟待理论与实践紧密结合。技师学院要实现“工学一体化”人才培养,需要从专业设置、课程体系、教学模式等方面进行改革创新。文章首先概括阐述了“工学一体化”人才培养的内涵,分析了其对技师学院的重要意义,指出了当前技师学院在人才培养过程中存在的一些突出问题,然后从调整专业设置、构建工学一体化的课程体系、实施项目驱动教学法、强化实训条件建设等方面探讨了实现路径,最后对推进技师学院“工学一体化”人才培养提出了建议。

In the context of industrial transformation and upgrading,the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents urgently needs to be closely integrated with theory and practice.In order to realize the"integration of engineering and learning"talent training,the technician college needs to carry out reform and innovation in terms of professional setting,curriculum system,and teaching mode.This paper fi rst summarizes the connotation of"integration of engineering and learning"talent training,analyzes its signifi cance to the technician college,points out some outstanding problems in the current process of talent training in the technician college,and then discusses the realization path from the aspects of adjusting the professional setting,constructing the curriculum system of the integration of engineering and learning,implementing the project-driven teaching method,and strengthening the construction of training conditions,and fi nally puts forward suggestions for promoting the"integration of engineering and learning"talent training in the technician college.
