基于AFM-IR的高分子聚合物添加剂定量检测新方法

摘要 基于原子力-红外检测平台开发了一种定量检测聚合物中少量添加剂的方法。通过表征不同抗氧剂168含量的聚丙烯试样,统计不同试样特征红外吸收峰处的红外图像高亮点占比和平均信号强度变化,成功绘制了抗氧剂含量标准曲线,拟合度高达0.9967,这一方法可用于未知试样中不同添加剂含量的检测。 A quantitative detection method for trace additives in polymers was established based on the atomic force microscopy-infrared spectroscopy(AFM-IR)detection platform.The proportion of high-light points and the average signal intensity at different infrared absorption wavelengths were statistically analyzed by characterizing polypropylene samples with different concentrations of antioxidant 168.The standard curve of antioxidant concentration was successfully drawn with a high fitting degree of 0.9967.This method can be used for detecting different additives in unknown samples.
