基于ADAMS建模的海上航行横向干货补给姿态控制优化设计

摘要 为解决海上航行横向干货补给物资安全上接收船的关键技术,通过多刚体系统动力学建模理论进行力学分析,运用ADAMS建立高架索补给系统的动力学模型。综合考虑海况、浪向、航速、站距以及接收站位置等信息,动态模拟航行横向干货补给作业流程,得到危险工况下的干货接收装置匹配性分析结果。并与传统静力学简化力学模型分析对比后,优化了航行横向干货补给设计工作。 In order to solve the key technology of safe receiving ship for horizontal dry cargo supplies at sea.The mechanical analysis is carried out through the dynamic modeling theory of multi rigid body system,and the dynamic model of overhead cable replenishment system is established by using ADAMS.Considering the information of sea state,wave direction,speed,station distance and terminal location,the horizontal dry cargo replenishment operation process is dynamically simulated,and the matching analysis results of dry cargo receiving device under dangerous working conditions are obtained.Compared with the traditional static model,the design of transverse dry cargo supply is optimized.
