舰船机械设备状态检测中光谱分析技术的应用

摘要 舰船机械设备的正常使用对于保证舰船作战能力至关重要,在海洋高盐分、高湿度等复杂环境中使用的机械设备经常会出现状态异常,传统舰船机械设备的维护和保养大多依赖人工经验,难以满足当代舰船机械设备的维护要求。本文提出一种基于原子光谱分析技术的舰船机械设备状态监测系统,阐述了光谱分析技术实现的原理,对元素浓度的测量过程进行分析,详细论述了舰船机械设备状态监测系统各模块的基本功能,对3个轴承状态进行监测,发现得到的结果和实际情况完全相符,证明本文构建的基于原子光谱分析技术的舰船机械设备状态监控系统可实现预定功能。 The normal use of ship machinery and equipment is very important to ensure the combat capability of ships,and the machinery and equipment used in complex environments such as high salt content and high humidity in the ocean of-ten appear abnormal,and the maintenance and maintenance of traditional ship machinery and equipment mostly rely on manual experience,which is difficult to meet the maintenance requirements of contemporary ship machinery and equipment.In this paper,a condition monitoring system of ship machinery and equipment based on atomic spectral analysis technology is proposed,the principle of spectral analysis technology is expounded,the measurement process of element concentration is analyzed,the basic functions of each module of the ship machinery and equipment condition monitoring system are dis-cussed in detail,and the status of the three bearings is monitored,and the results obtained are completely consistent with the actual situation,which proves that the ship machinery and equipment condition monitoring system based on atomic spectro-scopy analysis technology constructed in this paper can achieve the predetermined function.
