摘要
针对协庄煤矿已停止使用并报废的-550副立井,研究确定立井井筒封闭和充填方案。通过理论计算2煤层开采后导水断裂带高度,确定井筒混凝土浇筑密实充填段深度,井筒混凝土浇筑密实充填段至2煤层顶板36.5 m处,考虑到煤层赋存不稳定因素,确定井筒混凝土浇筑密实充填段至2煤层顶板45 m处;提出了立井采用混凝土井盖封堵+井筒密实充填方案,井口采用混凝土盖板封闭方式,井筒采用分段密实充填方式,井筒下段混凝土充填深度211.5 m,井筒上段矸石充填深度545 m;井底通道密闭墙采用楔形结构,外侧增加斜撑墙,实现井筒安全封闭,以及井筒封闭后压覆资源的安全开采。
In view of the discontinued and scrapped-550 auxiliary vertical shaft in Xiezhuang Coal Mine,the sealing and filling scheme for the vertical shaft wellhole is researched and determined.By theoretical calculation of the height of the water conducting crack zone after the mining of the 2th coal seam,the depth of the dense filling section of the wellhole concrete pouring is determined.The dense filling section of the wellhole concrete pouring is 36.5 m away from the roof of the 2th coal seam.Considering the unstable factors of coal seam occurrence,the dense filling section of the wellhole concrete pouring is determined to be 45 m away from the roof of the 2th coal seam;a scheme of using concrete manhole cover plugging+wellbore dense filling is proposed for vertical shaft,the wellhead adopts the sealing method of concrete cover plate,and the wellhole adopts the filling method of segmented dense.The depth of concrete filling in the lower section of the wellhole is 211.5 m,and the depth of gangue filling in the upper section of the wellhole is 545 m;the sealing wall of the shaft bottom passage adopts a wedge-shaped structure,and diagonal brace wall is added on the outside to realize the safe sealing of the wellhole and the safe exploitation of the overburden resources after the wellhole is closed.
