三软煤层条件下工作面浅孔注水钻孔设置方式探索

摘要 针对告成煤矿三软煤层生产过程中,煤尘比较突出、劳动作业环境恶劣和容易诱发煤尘事故等问题,在23041综采工作面进行了工作面浅孔注水伪斜钻孔设置方法的试验和探索,并将该方法与现用的注水垂直钻孔设置方法进行了对比试验。实践证明,工作面浅孔注水伪斜钻孔设置方法可减少综采工作面生产过程中粉尘的产生量,对促进安全生产具有重要意义。 In view of the problems of relatively prominent coal dust,harsh working environment,easy induction of coal dust accidents and others during the production process of the three soft coal seams in Gaocheng Coal Mine,experiments and explorations are conducted on the setting method of working face shallow hole water injection pseudo oblique drilling hole in the 23041 fully mechanized mining face,and a comparative experiment is conducted between this method and the current used setting method of water injection vertical drilling hole.The practice proves that the setting method of working face shallow hole water injection pseudo oblique drilling hole can reduce the amount of dust generated during the production process of the fully mechanized mining face,which is of great significance for promoting safety production.
