液压马达试验台的设计与研究

摘要 针对现阶段煤矿采用的液压试验台操作复杂、测试精度不高等问题,根据国标规定,对试验台测试内容进行理论分析,设计了计算机辅助采集与处理系统,使试验台与计算机连接,利用工控处理软件进行数据采集与处理,实现了试验系统软硬件有机结合;通过ANSYS workbench软件对试验台的重要零部件进行了强度校核及模态仿真,并对模拟结果进行了具体分析,得到了应力应变云图及前六阶模态相应频率,验证了液压马达试验台关键零部件强度及固有频率满足设计要求,完成一种新型液压马达试验台的设计。现场应用测试表明,该试验台能够实现对液压马达的各项性能试验,液压马达试验台测试精度可达±0.5%~±1%,已达到A级精度。 In view of the complex operation and low testing accuracy of the hydraulic test bench currently used in coal mines,according to national standard stipulations,a theoretical analysis of the test content of the test bench is conducted,and a computer-aided acquisition and processing system is designed to connect the test bench with the computer.Industrial control processing software is used for data acquisition and processing,achieving an organic combination of the test system software and hardware;the strength checking and modal simulation of important components of the test bench are carried out using ANSYS workbench software,and a concrete analysis of the simulation results is conducted.The stress-strain cloud map and corresponding frequencies of the first six modes are obtained,verifying that the strength and fixed frequencies of key components of the hydraulic motor test bench meet the design requirements.A new type of hydraulic motor test bench design is completed.The on-site application tests shows that the test bench can achieve various performance tests on hydraulic motors,and the testing accuracy of the hydraulic motor test bench can reach±0.5%-±1%,which is already reached A-level accuracy.
