摘要
为有效提高正通煤业公司煤炭发运效率,达到减人提效的目标,解决现有地销发运系统自动化程度不高、煤炭发运效率低、人员工作强度大等问题,本着先进性、实用性、可靠性、扩展性、兼容性、经济性和整体性的原则,根据现场实际情况以及智能化功能需求,利用云计算、大数据、AI人工智能、工业物联网等先进技术解决传统技术难以应对的业务场景和数据智能分析需求,通过应用煤炭运输车辆智能管理系统、无人值守磅房系统、无人值守智能装车系统、大数据可视化系统等4个子系统,进行有效的信息化监管、数据自动分析等工作,实现煤炭高效发运。
In order to effectively improve the coal shipping efficiency of Zhengtong Coal Industry Company,achieve the goal of reducing personnel and improving efficiency,and solve the problems of low automation level,low coal shipping efficiency,high personnel work intensity,and others of the existing local sales shipping system,based on the principles of progressiveness,practicality,reliability,scalability,compatibility,economy and integrity,according to the on-site actual situation and intelligent functional requirements,advanced technologies such as cloud computing,big data,AI artificial intelligence,Industrial Internet of Things and others are used to address business scenarios and data intelligence analysis needs that traditional technologies find difficult to cope with.By applying four subsystems,namely the intelligent management system for coal transportation vehicles,unattended operation pound room system,unattended operation intelligent loading system,big data visualization system,etc,works such as effective information supervision,data automatic analysis and so on are carried out to achieve coal efficient shipping.
