我国猎头行业已进入资源抢夺期,其中对顶尖稀缺人才和高级复合型人才的争夺越来越激烈。在经济全球化背景下,企业对头部人才的需求明显大于对中等人才需求,人力资源的“橄榄”效果愈发明显。因此,文章开发了连接高级人才、企业人力资源的猎头人才服务网站,可在一定程度上满足双方的迫切需求。
The headhunting industry in our country has entered a period of resource grabbing,and the competition for top scarce talents and high-level compound talents is becoming increasingly fierce.In the context of economic globalization,the demand for top talents by enterprises is significantly greater than that for middle talents,and the olive effect of human resources is becoming increasingly evident.Therefore,this article has developed a headhunting talent service website that connects senior talents and enterprise human resources,which can to some extent meet the urgent needs of both parties.
