随着医院信息化建设的深入,医院的“信息孤岛”和“信息烟囱”现象变得日益严重。如果不能有效打通各个业务系统之间的数据和业务管理,无法有效利用医院的临床数据,不仅会影响医院等级评审,更会影响医院管理和发展水平的提升。医院信息互联互通标准化成熟度测评工作对医院信息化建设水平的提升至关重要,它以评促建、以评促改、以评促用,推进医院信息化系统的标准化建设。文章以绍兴文理学院附属医院为例,主要阐述了目前医院信息化建设的现状以及互联互通测评过程中需要考虑的事项,希望能够为相关工作者提供一些帮助。

With the deepening of hospital informatization construction,the phenomenon of“information island”and“information silo”in hospitals has become increasingly serious.If the data and business management between various business systems cannot be effectively connected,and the clinical data of the hospital cannot be effectively utilized,it will not only affect the hospital level evaluation,but also affect the improvement of hospital management and development level.The evaluation of the standardization maturity of hospital information interconnection is crucial for improving the level of hospital information construction.It promotes construction,improvement,and utilization through evaluation,and promotes the standardization construction of hospital information systems.The article takes the Affiliated Hospital of Shaoxing University as an example,mainly elaborating on the current status of hospital information construction and the issues that need to be considered in the process of interconnection and evaluation,hoping to provide some help for relevant workers.
