摘要
数字技术的快速发展使实施供应链数字化管理成为企业适应时代发展的重要选择。研究供应链数字化管理是否能够促进企业提高全要素生产率并厘清其对企业全要素生产率的作用机制,对企业提升运营效率、增强核心竞争力具有至关重要的意义。基于2013—2022年我国A股上市公司数据,将供应链创新与应用试点工作视为一项准自然实验,采用双重差分模型,研究供应链数字化管理对企业全要素生产率的影响及作用机制。研究发现:供应链数字化管理能显著提高企业全要素生产率,该结论在采用双重差分倾向得分匹配(PSM-DID)检验、安慰剂检验、替换核心变量测度、排除疫情影响等一系列稳健性检验后仍显著成立。机制分析表明,供应链数字化管理通过提高企业创新能力、降低企业成本的路径提高企业全要素生产率。异质性分析表明,供应链数字化管理对东部地区企业和国有企业的促进作用更为明显。案例分析表明,中国石化集团国际石油勘探开发有限公司采用供应链数字化管理进一步验证供应链数字化管理对企业全要素生产率提高具有积极促进作用。为此,企业应深化数字技术与供应链体系的融合,积极倡导应用供应链数字化管理模式,推动企业间协同创新,共同挖掘和利用数据资源的价值,提高企业全要素生产率,从而增强自身竞争力。
The rapid development of digital technology makes the implementation of supply chain digital management an important choice for enterprises to adapt to the development of the times.It is of vital significance to study whether supply chain digital management can promote enterprises to improve total factor productivity and clarify its mechanism of action on enterprises'total factor productivity,both for their own production operations and for enhancing their core competitiveness.Based on the data of China's A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2022,the pilot work of supply chain innovation and application is regarded as a quasi-natural experiment,and the difference-in-differences model is adopted to study the role and mechanism of supply chain digital management in enhancing the total factor productivity of enterprises.It is found that supply chain digital management can significantly improve enterprise total factor productivity,and this conclusion is still valid after the a series of robustness test,such as the test of PSM-DID,the placebo test,replacing the core variable measure,and excluding the impact of the epidemic.Mechanism analysis shows that digital supply chain management enhances enterprise total factor productivity through the path of improving enterprise innovation ability and reducing enterprise cost.Heterogeneity analysis shows that supply chain digital management has a more obvious promotion effect on enterprises in the eastern region and state-owned enterprises.The case study of Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Production Corporation(SIPC)further verifies the positive driving effect of supply chain digital management on enterprise total factor productivity improvement.In this regard,enterprises should deepen the integration of digital technology and supply chain system,actively advocate the application of supply chain digital management mode,promote inter-enterprise collaborative innovation,jointly explore and make use of the value of data resources,and improve the total factor productivity of enterprises,so as to enhance their competitiveness.
