《北齐校书图》补全

On the Completion of the Scholars of the Northern Qi Collating Texts

波士顿美术博物馆藏《北齐校书图》摹制精美,对研究北朝艺术与考古有着重要价值。遗憾的是,该图残缺了“对榻七人”场景。台北“故宫博物院”藏《勘书图》可弥补这一缺憾。两图分开流传已有一定时间,这对图像拼合造成一些困难,因此有必要说明拼合过程中产生的问题,并阐明相关问题处理的理由。

The Scholars of the Northern Qi Collating Texts,now in the Museum of Fine Arts,Boston,is a meticulous copy of the earlier original painting,and thus constitutes a source of great value for the archeological study of the art of the Northern dynasty.Unfortunately,the scene depicting"seven persons sitting on two couches opposite each other"has been lost.However,the CollatingTexts in the Palace Museum in Taipei can make up for this loss.Since the two paintings have been circulated separately for a certain period of time,some difficulties might arise from an eventual combination of the two pictures.It is therefore necessary to explain the problems occurring during the combination process and explain in what way they ought to be addressed.
