Construction and Crisis of Subjectivity in Western Music Composition--On the Influence of Musical Scores on the Modernity of Western Music Creation

乐谱在西方独特的社会历史环境中产生,使西方音乐文化由口语时代步入书写时代。乐谱不仅承担着记录和传承音乐的任务,还以其独特的媒介属性建构了西方音乐实践的主体性,助推了西方理性精神的启蒙。但是,书写方式带来的主体性又在西方音乐文化现代性内部造成了危机与矛盾。

Musical scores are being produced in a unique social and historical Western environment,forcing Western music culture to transition from an oral to a written era.Musical scores not only undertake the historical task of recording and inheriting music but also construct the subjectivity of Western music practice with its unique media attributes,and promote the enlightenment of the Western rational spirit.However,the subjectivity brought about by writing has caused crises and contradictions within the modernity of Western music culture.
