摘要
文中旨在探讨在碳中和、碳达峰的目标下,中国西北部地区集中式光伏能源建设目前现状与未来可能的发展潜力。以中国西北部五省作为研究区,分析了现阶段该地区集中式光伏能源建设与分布情况。计算了西北部地区光伏发电潜力与环境效益。研究表明:西北五省因其区位和丰富的光能资源优势相较东南地区发展集中式光伏更为有利。其次,西北五省合计发电潜力为2.41×10^(14) KW·h,上网发电量1.85×10^(14)KW·h,首年潜在售电收入达5.05×10^(17)元,环境效益合计3.07×10^(12)元。总体来看,西北地区的大规模光伏建设对促进东西部区域经济协调发展、提升能源供应能力、助力乡村振兴乃至未来实现双碳目标都具有重要意义。但仍需充分利用闲置荒漠化土地资源并着重解决大规模集中光伏建设所涉及的储能技术与大规模电力输送等问题。
aiming to explore the current status and future potential of photovoltaic power plant construction in northwest China under the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,this article firstly introduces the relevant concepts of dual-carbons and its background,and then analyzes the construction and distribution of concentrated photovoltaic power plant in five provinces in northwest of China.The potential and environmental benefit of photovoltaic power generation in northwest of China are calculated.The research indicates that the centralized PV develops more rapidly in five northwestern provinces than that in the southeast because of their location and abundant solar energy resources.Secondly,the total power generation potential of the five provinces in Northwest China is 2.41×10^(14)KW·h,the on-grid power generation is 1.85×10^(14)KW·h,the income of potential electricity sales in the first year is 5.05×10^(17)yuan,and the total environmental benefit is 3.07×10^(12)yuan.Overall,the large-scale photovoltaic construction in the northwest region is of great significance to promote the coordinated economic development between the eastern and western regions,enhance energy supply capacity,help rural revitalization and even achieve the dual-carbon goal in the future.However,it is still necessary to make full use of idle desertification land resources and focus on solving the issues of energy storage technology and large-scale power transmission involved in large-scale concentrated photovoltaic power plant construction.
