摘要
以安徽省内8所高职院校3248名学生为研究对象,使用情绪智力、心理弹性、就业焦虑问卷进行调查,探究三者之间的关系。研究发现:情绪智力和心理弹性均负向预测就业焦虑,心理弹性在情绪智力和就业焦虑的关系间存在部分中介效应。
To investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence,psychological resilience and employment anxiety,3248 students from 8 vocational colleges in Anhui Province completes the questionnaire survey as the research object.The research indicates that both emotional intelligence and psychological resilience negatively predicted employment anxiety,and psychological resilience has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between emotional intelligence and employment anxiety.
