The influence of artificial intelligence has penetrated into all aspects of human life,and its application in the field of lifelong learning has been recognized,but also caused concern about the risk of lifelong learning right.The lifelong learning right in the era of artificial intelligence is faced with the risk of learners’subjectivity being dissolved,equal protection being impacted and privacy being infringed.Through analysis,we can see that ideological machine fetishism and changes in the power structure caused by artificial intelligence are the root causes of such risks.Therefore,corresponding measures need to be taken in both thinking and action to respond.To this end,it is necessary to reaffirm the subjectivity of learners and construct new ethical norms that meet the needs of the times;adhere to the concept of lifelong learning with equal emphasis on learning and labor;establishing the connotation of digital human rights;strength the national obligations of safeguarding the right to lifelong learning in order to protect the right to lifelong learning and finally realize the all-round development of human beings.
