摘要
教育家是广大教师终身学习的典范,构建中国特有的教育家精神,对新时代教育质量提升、教育强国建设等具有理论与实践的双重意义。中国特有的教育家精神根植于中华传统师道文化,承续了近代以来勇于担当的教育使命,滋养于中国共产党伟大的建党精神谱系。中国特有的教育家精神以“中国特有”为根本前提,与“四有好老师”“四个引路人”“六个要”“大先生”等重要教育论述一脉相承,丰富了习近平总书记关于教育重要论述的内容和内涵。践行中国特有的教育家精神应从理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心、弘道追求六个层面下功夫,从而为教育强国提供强大的精神指引和价值支撑。
Educator is a model of lifelong learning for the majority of teachers,and the construction of China’s unique educator’s spirit has both theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of the quality of education in the new era and the construction of a strong educational country.China’s unique educator’s spirit has been rooted in the traditional Chinese teacher culture,inherited the educational mission of courageous commitment since modern times,and nourished by the great founding spirit of the Communist Party of China(CPC).The unique Chinese spirit of educator is based on the fundamental premise of“unique Chinese”,and is related to the“Four Good Teachers”,“Four Guiding Lights”,“Six Keys”,“Mr.Big”and other important educational discourses,and has enriched the contents and connotations of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discussions on education.Practicing the unique Chinese educator’s spirit should work on six levels,namely,ideal belief,moral sentiment,wisdom of educating people,attitude of cultivation,benevolence,and pursuit of promoting the Way,so as to provide a strong spiritual guidance and value support for a strong education nation.
