摘要
以含分布式电源的电力系统为研究对象,利用移动应急电源的移动供电能力和固定式储能装置的临时供电能力,保证多个孤岛区域重要负荷的供电连续性和可靠性。以最大化负荷恢复量以及最小化停电损失为目标构建了移动应急电源的动态优化调度模型。同时,对原有和声搜索算法进行改进,提出了一种改进自适应搜索和声算法。最后通过案例分析验证了提出的改进自适应搜索和声算法的有效性和优越性。
Taking the power system with distributed power generation as the research object,the mobile power supply capabil-ity of mobile emergency powers and the temporary power supply capability of stationary energy storage device are used to ensure the power supply continuity and reliability of important loads in several isolated islands.Aiming at maximizing load recovery and mini-mizing power outage loss,a dynamic optimal dispatching model of mobile emergency powers is constructed.At the same time,an improved adaptive harmony search algorithm is proposed by improving the original harmony search algorithm.Finally,a case study verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed adaptive search harmony algorithm.
