摘要
习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中强调:“增进民生福祉,提高人民生活品质”。这为工会组织开展提高职工生活品质工作提出了明确的要求。通过对广西园区服务职工综合体发挥作用的深入梳理和总结,分析存在的问题,探讨如何加强园区服务职工综合体建设,进一步提高职工生活品质的思路和对策。
General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the 20th Party Congress the necessity for enhancing people's livelihood and quality of life.This signifies the urgency for trade union organizations to execute their function to elevate workers'quality of life.The article scrutinizes Guangxi's regional service worker complexes,identifi es inherent issues,discusses how they could be engineered,and proposes strategies to amplify workers’quality of life.
