芝麻除杂筛选烘干一体机的研究

摘要 传统芝麻加工收获中,劳动强度大,速度慢,加工成本高,且目前国内外研究的芝麻除杂筛选、烘干设备未形成一体化作业,都是针对某一个工序设计的芝麻加工装置,无法同时完成除杂筛选烘干工作。芝麻筛选后若不能及时烘干,会导致霉烂的现象。因此提出了一种可控温、可检测湿度、可远程操控的自动化芝麻除杂筛选烘干一体机,解决芝麻除杂、筛选和烘干的问题。并在机械整体上加装传感器,发动机,加热管等构件,将其设计为控温筛选动力功能的机械,机械整体采用筛网滚筒复合式筛选,更加彻底地去除碎叶和茎杆,并在机器上方粘贴二维码,利用蓝牙装置更好地进行远程操作,同时机械具有可拆卸功能,使其能够灵活应用于其他农产品加工。 In the traditional sesame processing and harvesting technology,the labor intensity is high,the speed is slow,and the processing cost is high.At present,the sesame impurity removal,screening and oven-drying studied at home and abroad have not formed an integrated operation,and all sesame processing devices are designed for a certain process,so it is impossible to complete the impurity removal,screening and drying work at the same time.If sesame seeds cannot be dried in time after screening,it will lead to mildew.Therefore,this paper puts forward an automatic sesame seed impurity removal,screening and oven-drying integrated machine with controllable temperature,humidity detection and remote control,which solves the problems of sesame seed impurity removal,screening and drying.ensors,engines,heating pipes and other components are installed on the whole machine,which is designed as a machine with the function of temperature control and power screening.The whole machine adopts screen roller compound screening to remove broken leaves and stems more thoroughly,and the QR code is pasted above the machine,which can be operated remotely by Bluetooth device.At the same time,the machine has detachable function,which makes it flexible to be applied to other agricultural products processing.
