数字经济赋能四川民族地区文旅产业融合发展

Integrated Development of Culture and Tourism Industries Empowered by the Digital Economy in Sichuan Ethnic Minority Areas

近年来,数字经济在文化和旅游产业的供给、传播、展示、管理等重要环节赋能作用突出,被公认为是文旅产业高质量发展的重要引擎。为探究四川民族地区文旅产业融合发展的理论机制与实践路径,本文遵循“理论研究-现状测度-赋能效应-发展路径”的研究思路,对文旅产业融合进行系统化论述。首先,以数字经济为时代背景,以四川民族地区为研究对象,从单一化政策建议研究转变为多元化实证研究;其次,引入耦合协调度模型,通过明确测度对象、构建测度模型、建立评价体系、现状水平测度“四步走”,测度了四川民族地区文旅产业融合程度;再次,在多元线性回归模型的基础上,测度数字经济对四川民族地区文旅产业融合发展的直接赋能与间接赋能效应,进而探究数字经济下文旅产业融合发展的主要方向;最后,从宏观、中观、微观视角提出数字经济赋能四川民族地区文旅产业融合的发展建议。

In recent years,the digital economy has played a prominent role in empowering the supply,dissemination,display,management,and other important links of the culture and tourism industry in China,and therefore is currently recognized as an important engine driving high-quality development of the culture and tourism industry.The acceleration of industrial integration via the digital economy and structural adjustment of the industrial supply-side has posed new requirements for the integrated development of the culture and tourism industry.So,how to leverage this digital economy to empower and increase efficiency in the culture and tourism industry also has become a core issue for future high-quality development of the culture and tourism industry in ethnic minority areas.In order to explore the theoretical mechanism and practical path of integrated development of culture and tourism industries in ethnic minority areas of Sichuan,a systematic discussion on the integration of culture and tourism industries is conducted in this article.Firstly,based on a review of previous research on the integration of culture and tourism industries as well as the integration of digital economy and cultural tourism industries,the focus of this study shifted from a single policy suggestion to a diversified empirical study;secondly,the coupling coordination degree model(CCD model)was introduced to measure the degree of culture and tourism industry integration in ethnic minority areas in Sichuan;thirdly,based on the multiple linear regression model,this paper tries to measure the direct and indirect empowerment effects of the digital economy on the integrated development of culture and tourism industries in ethnic minority areas of Sichuan,and then explore potential main directions for integrated development of cultural tourism industries in the digital economy;finally,this piece proposes suggestions for enabling integrated development of culture and tourism industries in Sichuan's ethnic minority areas through the digital economy from macro,meso,and micro perspectives.Specifically,this publication proposes the following suggestions:One should 1)improve the relevant policy design for empowering the cultural and tourism industry through the digital economy,by means of formulating macroeconomic regulation policies for the culture and tourism industry,special policies for supporting the development of the culture and tourism industry through the digital economy,and particular policies for a co-construction and sharing of culture and tourism data among multiple entities;2)fully expand investment and financing channels that support integrated development of culture and tourism industry by enhancing the market entities of the digital economy;3)build a high-quality digital economy talent team by strengthening the support of“digital+culture and tourism”talents,and optimizing the structure of a digital cultural tourism talent team.Based on research,this article moreover strives to grasp new opportunities in digital culture and tourism,build a“digital+culture and tourism”government collaboration platform,promote a deep integration of key elements such as digital technology and online resources with the traditional culture and tourism industry,create new advantages for Sichuan's digital culture and tourism development,and strengthen high-quality development of the culture and tourism industry in general.
