南沿江城际铁路特大桥连续梁转体施工技术

Continuous Beam Swivel Construction Technology of Super Large Bridge in the South Yangtze River Intercity Railway

摘要 转体施工是目前跨线桥常采用的一种施工方法,随着桥梁跨度以及转体重量的增加,施工难度也会加大。本文以南沿江城际铁路跨沪宁城际特大桥转体连续梁工程为背景,重点对转体结构进行验算分析以及对相关的施工、监测方法进行总结。采用简化分析和软件建模分析方法,对本转体施工牵引系统、钢管混凝土立柱、贝雷梁等进行了计算分析,并提出了增加支架整体性的工程措施。对转体结构施工关键技术进行了总结,并对桥梁施工过程中的线形和应力状态进行监测,已保证转体连续梁桥系统的平衡和主梁的合龙精度。 Swivel construction is currently a commonly used construction method for overpass bridges,and with the increase of bridge span and swivel weight,the construction difficulty will also increase.This article is based on the continuous beam project of the Shanghai Nanjing intercity bridge of the South Yangtze River intercity railway,focusing on checking and analyzing the rotating structure,as well as summarizing the relevant construction and monitoring methods.Simplified analysis and software modeling analysis methods were used to calculate and analyze the traction system,steel pipe concrete columns,bailey beams,etc.of this rotating construction,and engineering measures to increase the integrity of the support were proposed.The key technologies for the construction of the swivel structure were summarized,and the alignment and stress state during the bridge construction process were monitored to ensure the balance of the swivel continuous beam bridge system and the closure accuracy of the main beam.
